Frequently Asked Questions about Escape Rooms
What is an Escape Room?
A room escape is a live action adventure game where teams of 4 to 10 players participate in an interactive story; solving a series of puzzles to escape the room within 60 minutes.
Your team will work together to decipher clues, solve riddles, and unravel puzzles, to ultimately escape the room!
How much does it cost to play a room?
Our escape rooms cost $25 per person. You may book a room through our online booking system.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, & AMEX online. If you need help or have any questions about making a booking, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Is there an age restriction?
Our recommended age for participating in our rooms is 14 and over. Participants under the age of 14 may find some of the puzzles too confusing or difficult to solve.
Will we be grouped with strangers?
Our bookings are private. Only your group will be in the room during your booked time. We will be hosting events in the future for those that would like to mingle with new people, however, those events will be explicitly labeled as open events.
Will I be in the dark?
Literally; No. Figuratively; I don’t know you well enough to judge.
Lighting in our escape rooms may be diminished for ambiance, but you will never be in total darkness.
Will anybody touch me?
No, that would be wrong.
Although we do strive to unlock all five of your senses with our rooms and puzzles, no one will be in the room other than yourself and your team.
Will I be required to do physical activities?
No, although a full range of motion would immerse you into the game, it is not required.
Are the games wheelchair accessible?
At the moment no, however, Mind Hack is currently working on making play possible for everybody to enjoy.
What if I need to change my reservation?
Please contact us at email@example.com ASAP should you need to make changes to your reservation. We will do our best to reschedule your booking.
Am I required to dress up?
No… but it might be fun if you did. You are certainly allowed. Sometimes getting into character is a way to really enjoy the experience.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
No… but feel free to bring us a snack. I’m not hungry now, but I might be later.
